Owner, Ellen’s Kimchi
There’s a reason Ellen’s Kimchi, an organic, local kimchi brand, has been such a successful endeavor: owner Ellen White creates each product based off her grandmother’s cherished recipe in small batches. Fueled with a lifelong love of the delicious superfood, Ellen perfected her own kimchi making and delved into the social, nutritional, and environmental benefits of eating kimchi. For Ellen, sharing her renowned kimchi recipe with others is both a calling and a reward. Ellen’s Kimchi is sold at Goodeggs.com/ellenskimchi and organic specialty stores in San Francisco and Sausalito, CA. Ellen’s Kimchi is currently being served or sold through Bon Appétit Management Company to major corporations as a Farm-to-Fork vendor.
